Marie Crosta

Marie Crosta is an alumna (RTA ‘07) and a staff member for the past 10 years. As the Director of Academic Planning and Student Affairs in The Creative School, Marie works closely with faculty and administration, to support curricular innovation and renewal in the Faculty. Committed to student success, the other side of her portfolio encompasses events, student exhibitions, and initiatives focused on fostering mentorship and career opportunities. As a key collaborator in the Faculty and over her time at TMU, Marie has worked with many departments to support and achieve the goals of the University. She has seen first-hand the vital role staff play in the success of this institution and is often described as a solutions-oriented and people-first leader. Previous to working at TMU, Marie spent over five years working in children’s television as the manager of distribution and development for CCI Entertainment and later as development manager for Portfolio Entertainment. Her time in industry continues to be an asset when connecting students with industry professionals.
