Meal Plans for Residence Students

Navigating your first year living away from home is challenging enough as it is, but eating well on campus doesn’t need to be! As a student living in a TMU residence, you’re automatically signed up to one of our three convenient and affordable mandatory meal plans. Still hungry? Upgrade your meal plan! 

Aren’t living in a TMU residence? That’s okay! Students living off-campus can still purchase a meal plan and access delicious, wholesome meals from the dining halls!

Want to upgrade you meal plan?

If you would like to upgrade your meal plan, you can choose to do so during the residence application process. 

If you would like to upgrade your meal plan after your application is complete or after the school year has commenced, please email housing@torontomu.ca

Off-campus residents

Purchase a voluntary meal plan or sign up for the 7- or 5-day meal plans

Students living off-campus can still take advantage of a TMU Eats meal plan! Purchase a meal pack, TMU Eats Dining Dollars or sign up for the 7-day or 5-day meal plan by emailing tmueats@torontomu.ca at any time. 

Run out of flex dollars?

No problem! Purchasing additional flex dollars is easy–add flex dollars to your OneCard via eAccounts (external link, opens in new window)  or visit the OneCard Office.

To learn more about the housing application process and instructions for how to apply, please visit the TMU Housing and Residence Life website. 

Once you apply for housing and are assigned a residence, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the mandatory meal plan for your residence building and room style. 

Charges for your meal plan will automatically appear as two or four equal installments on your MyServiceHub account at the same time you’re required to pay your residence fees.
