One of our most extensive and cost-effective plans, the 5-day mandatory meal plan includes $450 in flex dollars you can use at participating campus food retailers. How your meal plan works
All-you-care-to-eat (AYCTE) access to the Pitman and ILC dining halls
Your meal plan provides you with unlimited access to eat as much or little as you like at the Pitman Dining Hall and ILC Dining Hall, Monday to Friday.
Just tap your OneCard, select your food and enjoy your meal!
$450 in flex dollars for use at participating campus food retailers
Attached to your OneCard, your meal plan comes with $450 in flex dollars that can be used at TMU Eats campus eateries and participating food retailers, including Balzac's (external link, opens in new window) , Oakham Café (external link, opens in new window) , The Met Campus Pub (external link, opens in new window) , Basil Box (external link, opens in new window) and Ted's Kitchen (opens in new window) .
How much does the 5-day meal plan cost?
All-you-care-to-eat, 5 days a week for $28.49 per day
At a cost of $5,092, the 5-day mandatory meal plan works out to be $28.49 per day for unlimited meals at the Pitman or ILC dining halls, Monday to Friday. Plus, this includes $450 in flex dollars for you to spend at TMU Eats campus eateries and participating food retailers.
Pay through four easy installments
Charges for your meal plan appear as four equal installments on your MyServiceHub account at the following points throughout the academic year:
- Installment 1: Upon acceptance of your residence offer*
- Installment 2: October 16, 2024
- Installment 3: January 22, 2025
- Installment 4: February 26, 2025
*A $35 administration fee and a $50 sustainability and health and safety initiatives fee is included in your first installment payment.

How long is my meal plan valid for?
Your 5-day mandatory meal plan is valid from August 26, 2024 to April 26, 2025.
Have unspent flex dollars? Any unspent flex dollars will automatically be carried over into the next academic year and transferred to your campus fund account which can be used.
