Don't forget to apply to graduate!

If you have completed the requirements for your program, don't forget to apply to graduate!  You must submit an Application to Graduate in order to determine if you are eligible to graduate. Remember to apply early to avoid a late fee of $50.00!

You must apply to graduate using your MyServiceHub Portal. Review your academic progress-to-date to determine if you are nearing completion of all of the requirements for graduation. Your Academic Advisement Report will provide complete details of your progress.

Do not wait for final grades of your final program courses to apply to graduate!

How to apply to graduate

Your application to graduate is submitted online via MyServiceHub. For a step-by-step tutorial, please see the guide below.

You can track your application status through your Student Centre in MyServiceHub:

Student Center in MyServiceHub>Academics>My Academics>Graduation>View my Graduation Status

Graduating with a minor

To graduate with a Minor, you must add the Minor to your program AFTER you have submitted your Application to Graduate. You can access the Select a Minor menu option through the Academic Records tile on MyServiceHub. A Minor will not appear on your diploma, but will appear on your Official Transcript.

Click below for a full tutorial on how to select a minor.

If you wish to declare more than one Minor for graduation, you will need to email gradinfo@torontomu.ca to add the additional Minors you wish to declare.

Need to cancel your application to graduate?

There are many reasons why you may cancel your application to graduate. It could be because you wish to continue studies, or you have not met the requirements of your undergraduate program.

To cancel your application to graduate, go to your MyServiceHub eForms centre and submitting an App to Grad - Cancellation Form before the deadline date. If you cannot select the form, the deadline has passed. Please refer to the undergraduate calendar for the deadline to withdraw your application.
