Women's Only Programs

Women’s only programs provide a safe, comfortable and fun atmosphere for anyone at TMU who identifies as a woman (women includes all cis and trans individuals who identify as a woman).

Whether you are just learning to use equipment or looking to get a great workout in a group setting, our women’s only programs are designed to encourage women of all abilities to use our facilities and encourage equitable participation in physical activity.

 

  • Privacy curtains are drawn over doors and windows. Staff are women-identified.
  • All participants are required to clear the space 10 minutes prior to program start time for a facility reset.
Day Time
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:30am - 12:00pm
Tuesday, Thursday 2:00pm - 3:30pm
Schedule Effective Dates:  September 1 - December 4, 2024 
 
Program details:
  • Privacy curtains are drawn over doors and windows. 
  • All staff are women-identified.
  • Men's changeroom remains locked.
