This Level 1 Certificate in Public Administration & Governance is designed for working public sector employees, students aspiring to careers in the public service, and those interested in gaining knowledge about public administration and public policy in Canada. It corresponds with Level 1 of the Public Administration and Governance BA program. Please note that all courses making up the Level 1 Certificate can be taken through the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education but graduation with the Certificate requires admission to the Public Administration and Governance program.

This Level 2 Certificate in Public Administration and Governance builds on the Level 1 Certificate to build on the Certificate to broaden and deepen knowledge about public administration and public policy in Canada. It corresponds with Level 2 of the Public Administration and Governance BA program. Please note that all courses making up the Level 2 Certificate can be taken through the G. This Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Public Administration & Leadership is designed for individuals who have already completed a degree and who wish to deepen their understanding of the key aspects of public sector management. The curriculum is focused on key areas of policy development, public sector finance, collaborative governance, intergovernmental affairs, program evaluation, e-government, and administrative law. A special capstone course focuses on the nature and style of leadership in the public sector.

This Certificate in Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Management offers a practical blend of theory and application taught by academics and practitioners through an interdisciplinary curriculum pooling knowledge from three academic disciplines: business management, public administration, and social work. It provides a wide range of current and relevant courses covering key areas such as marketing, financial management, fundraising, advocacy, strategic planning, program evaluation, organizational management, and organizational change.
