As Director, Privacy, Policy Management and Enterprise Risk, Heather Driscoll leads the University's enterprise risk management program, reports to the Board of Governors on the University’s top risks and advises senior leadership on how these risks may impact the University’s strategic plans and priorities. She oversees the university's privacy program and advises on access-to-information requests. She manages the university's administrative policy program.

Heather returns to GCBS after time with the Vice-President, Administration and Operations, and the Chief Strategy Officer, designing and building the enterprise risk management program. Heather has a background in access-to-information, privacy, policy management, governance and compliance. Heather holds a Ph.D in Canadian History from the University of Alberta. She holds the CIPP-C designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
