Student projects

The model TMUEI Co-curricular Project is a semi-autonomous, empowered team of five students. They create deeply transformative relationships with five to 15 project participants to empower those in need and build social values in their communities (social entrepreneurship). Teams may also start their own new venture (traditional entrepreneurship) or create new values inside an existing venture (intrapreneurship).

Students follow best practices in rapid prototyping agile lean startup methods. They iterate quickly as they ideate, design, prototype, test and discover new values. As they iterate they build knowledge, skills and positive attitudes in themselves and quality of life and standard of living in their participants using TMUEI measurement systems.

We support these project teams with coaching, university infrastructure, funding and educational best practices described on the TMUEI website.
