Drop-in & Open Rec Schedule

Drop-in Rec Activities Start September 16

Drop-in recreation activities start on Monday, September 16.  Don't miss out, check the schedule on our Recreation app (Google Play (external link)  | Apple App Store (external link) ). 

There's no registration required for Drop-In Rec and Open Gym programs.

  • During DROP-IN REC, facilities are scheduled for specific sports and activities as per schedules below.
  • During OPEN GYM, gyms are available but not designated for any particular activity, instead participants share facilities for sport activities of their choosing.

Our Drop-in Recreation schedule is available via our Recreation App (Google Play (external link)  | Apple App Store (external link) ), our customer service team and also at the entrance to each gym.

Squash Courts are available for use on a first-come, first-serve at the RAC, and squash courts can be booked online.

Sports Offered, Equipment Available

Drop-in programs are offered across a range of sports and formats, including women's only programs, with most equipment available at no cost at our service desks. We aim to offer an opportunity in each sport each day. Sports include:

  • Badminton
  • Basketball
  • Cricket (own equipment needed, mat provided)
  • Free Skate
  • Pickleball
  • Shinny
  • Soccer
  • Table Tennis
  • Volleyball

Women's Only Programs: Everyone who identifies as a woman is welcomed at our Women's Only facility times and programs. For these programs, women includes all cis and trans individuals who identify as a woman.

Open Gym time is typically offered 6:30am-12:00pm across our facilities, but varies depending on programs and special events. Schedule linked below is updated weekly.
