CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages

Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.

No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

    Updating wireless network.
    User Impact: No outage expected as all current AP's and client traffic will be migrated to remaining AOS8 cluster members and failover. 
  • Sunday, November 24, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 
    Updating BPEL.
    User Impact: BPEL Application will be down during the change. Finance will not be able to exchange information through BPEL services during the BPEL downtime.
  • Tuesday, November 26, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 
    Updating application servers.
    User Impact: coldfusion and java applications, including Teaching assign application, will be unavailable.
  • Friday, November 29, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. 
    Updating TMU's Resource and Identity Management System.
    User Impact: Access to Activation, Self Service and RMS Admin will be intermittent during this period.
