CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages

Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.

No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

  • Thursday, April 3, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    Updating datacentre servers.
    User Impact: Long lived connections might get disconnected while the active to standby failover happen.
  • Thursday, April 3, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
    Updating Matlab.
    User Impact: Users will not be able to launch software during the upgrade. A short outage is expected.
  • Friday, April 4, 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
    Updating Mass Mail Tool.
    User Impact: Mass mail tool will be unavailable for few minutes. Please avoid scheduling any mass mail in the application before 8am on April 4.
  • Friday, April 4, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    Updating application server.
    User Impact: No access to CATIA for the time period.
  • Sunday, April 6, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    Updating network hardware on ENG - 4th floor (North).
    User Impact: All networked devices at ENG 4th floor north will be disconnected for network switches upgrade.
  • Tuesday, April 8, 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
    Updating UPO dashboards.
    User Impact: This change will only impact UPO Dashboard/Report users.
  • Saturday, April 19, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    Updating MyServiceHub & eHR.
    User Impact:
    1) MyServiceHub -No outage. Brief outage for non-prod. environments.
    2) eHR - Brief outage for web services only and for non-prod. environments.
  • Sunday, May 18, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down during the outage. All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day.
  • Sunday, May 25, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
    Updating eHR.
    User Impact: eHR and all related functions will be down during the outage.  All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day.
