Eligibility Criteria
The Dean's List recognizes students with high academic achievement in an academic term. Undergraduate students in the Faculty of Arts who meet the academic criteria outlined below will receive an email of Congratulations from the Dean. This accomplishment will also be noted on the student's transcript.
- Students in full-time programs must have 4 courses at the end of the term with a CGPA of 3.67.
- Students in part-time programs will be considered once per year. They must have a minimum 4 courses and CGPA of 3.67. They will be assessed for the award at the end of spring/summer term or winter term if students have applied to graduate in the spring.
- Students registered with the Academic Accommodation (AAS) must have an approved reduced course load of at least 3 courses and 3.67 CGPA. If you meet this criteria, please fill out this Google Form (external link)
- Students whose eligibility has been affected by an academic standing change, late grade entry, or grade revision should email their Program Administrator.
- Students must have all passing grades and a clear academic standing when considered once per term and cannot have received any Disciplinary Notation on their academic record in the academic year that the misconduct occurred.
