CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages
Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.
No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

Updating eHR servers.
User Impact: eHR production and all related functions will be down during the outage. - Friday, May 2, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Moving the TMU Directory application to a new hosting environment.
User Impact: Existing users will be logged out. - Saturday, May 3, 10:00 p.m. to Sunday, May 4, 1:00 a.m.
Updating RMS.
User Impact: RMS Activation, Self Service and Admin will be unavailable. - Sunday, May 4, 12:00 a.m. to 3 a.m.
Updating CAS.
User Impact: Access to all CAS and uPortal instances will be unavailable. Google Workspace, eHR, TMU-VPN, MyServiceHub and D2L cannot accept new login during the downtime. - Sunday, May 18, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Updating MyServiceHub.
User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down during the outage. All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day. - Sunday, May 25, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Updating eHR.
User Impact: eHR and all related functions will be down during the outage. All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day. - Sunday, June 29, 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.
Updating MyServiceHub.
User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related services will be down during the outage. STG/SUP will be unavailable on Sat. June 28th & Sun. June 29th.
