Be Chill exists to make preparing for an emergency easy for people who need access to refrigerated medication on the go by offering an ergonomic and stylish backpack that contains a portable cooling device with organized spaces for all your essentials. The idea for this product was ignited in November 2020 when the Founder, Holly Beingessner, was completing her degree in Interior Design and minor in Business Essentials at X University and encountered an unexpected turn in her path. Holly’s building had a destructive electrical fire. She chose to find the positive in the situation, used her skills and experience, and changed her thesis project to design a product that helps decrease the stress, loss, and trauma due to unexpected emergencies.
