Strong Minds & Strong Lives: A Men's Consultation Group
Wednesday March 19th (2:00 PM - 3:30 PM) & Thursday March 20th (4:00 PM - 5:30 PM) - Modality: Hybrid (in-person at POD 50B and virtual format)
Are you a male identifying student at TMU? If so, we are inviting you to join our Men's Consultation Group! The goal of this consultation meeting is to discuss the development of a Men's Group at TMU and we'd like to know your thoughts about what this group should look like! Discussions will involve your ideas for the design of the group, ways to develop community and self-development of male identifying students. This is an amazing way to meet fellow male identifying students and discuss ways that the university can support you!

Mindful Moments
Tuesday, March 18th - 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
We will explore a variety of different mindfulness techniques that students can integrate into their daily lives. Practices will include guided meditation, breathwork, gentle movement practices, and creative visualization. The event will conclude with a community circle where attendees can reflect on which practices resonated most deeply with them.

The Body Project
In-person - Room POD 50 B, Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
The Body Project is a supportive program that helps students challenge societal pressures and develop a positive body image. Through interactive sessions, you'll build self-esteem, promote body acceptance, and connect with others in a judgment-free space. Embrace self-love and feel confident in your own skin.

Crochet and Chill
Tuesday, March 11th - 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM - In-person, at the Black Student Lounge
Make your own handmade creation in this hands-on workshop. You’ll learn the meditative art of crochet while engaging in meaningful discussions on cultivating joy as self-preservation and community care. Leave with a deeper connection with fellow Black students in a supportive, affirming space.
