Support and Resources
How Helplines Work
Help lines are confidential and judgment-free spaces. You can call or text them anytime, and they will listen without any interruptions. They won't judge you and will treat your concerns with care and respect. Most of them offer support 24/7.
Different Types of Help Lines
There are various helplines catering to different needs, such as mental health, suicide prevention, and more. Find the one that suits your situation best and don't hesitate to reach out. You can contact more than one.
