Nomination guidelines
TFA librarians, except a member of the Selection Committee, are eligible for these awards. If a member of the Selection Committee is nominated or applies, they should either withdraw the nomination/application or step down from the Selection Committee and be replaced. Those receiving the award may not receive the award again for the following two years (e.g. 2022-2023 recipient receiving an award in Winter 2023 would not be eligible to apply for 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 awards).
For each awards cycle, applications/nominations are based upon the previous academic year’s annual report. (e.g. For the 2024-2025 awards cycle, applications/nominations are based on the May 2024 annual report).
