Gavin Taylor-Black
Registrar's Office
Gavin's client focused and student centric approach resulted in the development and execution of a pilot project that went above and beyond the expectations of their role. Their focus for the project was to understand the matriculation process for newly admitted students, where they transition from an applicant to a current student. Through thoughtful collaboration and by harnessing data, Gavin was able to identify key factors that determined which students will successfully begin school and when outreach should be performed. With this project, Gavin was able to ensure that student success and enrolment is strategically managed from the beginning.
