How it works 

  • Monthly permits can be purchased for May, June, July and August beginning April 23, 2024 until they’re sold out.
  • Passes are open to TMU students, faculty and staff.
  • Permits can be purchased for a single month or any combination of the four months.
  • Fees are paid in full in-advance with your credit card.

Eligibility

  • Faculty and staff must be employed by the university.
  • Students must be enrolled in a minimum of one course in the spring/summer semester.

Locations and Cost 

  • 160 Mutual St. Garage (PIT): $200/month
  • 288 Church St. Garage (DCC): $230/month

Monthly Draw 

  • At the end of each month during the four month period, spring/summer permit holders will be automatically entered into a draw for a hoodie from the TMU Campus Store.
  • One winner will be randomly selected at the end of each month until August 2024.
  • Winners will receive an email from Parking Services that indicates they have won the monthly prize.
  • Winners can claim up to $100 off their chosen hoodie.
  • In order to claim their prize, winners must present the email from Parking Services when completing their purchase at the Campus Store in person.

Cancellation/ Payment Policy 

  • No prorated refunds will be given if customers wish to cancel a permit mid-month for the current month (i.e. no funds to be returned if canceling a May pass, in May).
  • Community members who wish to purchase a permit after the start of the current month will still pay the full amount for that permit (i.e. purchasing a May permit after May 1 does not reduce the cost of the permit).
  • If community members purchased advance passes but later want to cancel, they need to request cancellation in writing 15 business days before the beginning of the month for the advance passes (i.e. to cancel a parking permit for June, a cancellation request would need to be submitted before May 15).
