Fall/Winter Parking Permits

Available to faculty and staff

Don’t let searching for a parking spot add an extra 15 minutes to your commute to campus! With a Fall/Winter parking permit, you’ll have 24/7 access to exclusive on-campus parking facilities for permit holders. Choose between four and eight month permit options and never be late for a 9 a.m. meeting on campus again!

Applications for Fall/Winter 2024-2025 faculty and staff parking permits are now available!

Parking permits are limited and are available on a first-come first served basis.

To be eligible for a parking permit, you must be employed by the university.

Parking permits are valid for a four or eight month period and grant you unlimited in-and-out parking privileges for the duration of your parking permit:

  • Four month parking permit
    • Fall 2024 semester: September 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024
    • Winter 2025 semester: January 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025

Staff and faculty can also purchase two concurrent, four month parking permits covering September 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025.

Permit holder parking locations 

Faculty and staff parking permits can be purchased for one of two parking facilities.

Parking entrance for the Victoria Street garage.

300 Victoria St. (above-ground parking)

  • Four month permit price: $1,000 (includes HST)
  • Parking permit decal: Not required
Parking entrance from Church Street side - DCC parking garage.

288 Church St. (underground parking)

  • Four month permit price: $1,140 (includes HST)
  • Parking permit decal: Not required

Parking permit application process 

Applications for Fall/Winter 2024-2025 employee parking permits are now available! (opens in new window)  Parking permits are limited and are available on a first-come first served basis.

Please note that the online permit application portal is unavailable between 12 a.m. to 1:15 a.m. daily for maintenance.

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirmation to your TMU email account from tmuparking@torontomu.ca. This email will include:

  • Transaction confirmation
  • Parking facility location attached to your permit
  • Access guidelines for your parking facility location
  • Instructions regarding the placement of parking permit decals on vehicles

Please allow two (2) business days after your transaction date for your OneCard to be activated.

Employees must pick up their parking permit decal from the OneCard Office (POD-48) during the regular hours of operation. As above, it will take up to two business days from the time of payment for your decal to arrive at the OneCard Office.

Parking permit decals must be clearly displayed on the left side of the vehicle’s front windshield or on the dashboard of the vehicle at all times. Failure to do so may result in the vehicle being ticketed and/or towed.
