Request for Consideration for Medical or Compassionate Reasons
Requests for consideration for medical or compassionate reasons need to be submitted via the Senate portal. Do not send these directly to faculty or staff. Complete the following steps for health-related academic consideration requests:
- Have your primary healthcare provider complete the (PDF file) Student Health Certificate (opens in new window)
- Complete the (PDF file) Academic Consideration Submission Form
- Submit your request through the Senate's Office online submission portal
Confirmation of Enrolment
To request the Confirmation of Enrolment Letter, you must initiate the process by contacting the ServiceHub. Please note that there is a $20 fee associated with this request. If any additional information is required from the MEP office, the ServiceHub will notify the department after the request and payment has been made. Please allow five business days for processing.
