Access Google Workspace via Web Browser

The best way to access Gmail and Google Calendar is using Google’s Chrome Web browser (external link) . Other modern browsers including Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer will work almost as well.

  1. Go to: my.torontomu in any modern web browser.
  2. Click “Log into my.torontomu”.
  3. You will be prompted by TMU's Central Authentication Service (CAS) to log in with your TMU credentials.

1. Once logged in, select the “Apps” tab and choose which Google Workspace apps you want to use.
