How to Complete

Step 1

Submit your job application.  

Step 2  

You will receive confirmation your job application has been submitted. Review information inviting you to complete the Applicant Diversity Self-ID and and select “Continue”.

Step 3

Please read each question carefully and select the response that you feel best applies to you. You may identify as belonging to more than one equity-deserving group. 

Self-identification is voluntary and you can select “Prefer not to answer” for each question. 

You may also exit out of the survey at any point; no self-identification information that has been answered will be saved.  

Step 4

Once you have completed the survey, hit Submit.
