Thriving in Action Workshops
We're excited to extend a warm invitation to you for our upcoming four-week Thriving in Action program, starting in the second week of September. If you've been wrestling with any of the following challenges:
- Feeling isolated
- Struggling with motivation
- Finding it difficult to focus, prioritize, or plan effectively
- Feeling frustrated with how long it takes to reset after a challenge
- Experiencing burnout and seeking ways to recharge
- Wishing to approach tests, essays, and presentations with confidence and composure

Option #1: Four-Part Series [In-Person, POD363] - Every Tuesday from September 12 to October 3, 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Option #2: Four-Part Series [Virtual] - Every Wednesday from September 13 to October 4, 2023, 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Option #2: Four-Part Series [Virtual] - Every Wednesday from October 18 to November 8
