Peer Support and Community
Our Wellbeing Learning Hub connects you with others who care about their wellbeing. Our supportive and inclusive community is welcoming, supportive and caring. Meet new people who share your interests. Join group sessions or one-on-one meetings for social connections that allow you to feel like you belong.
Physical Wellbeing
Regular physical activity is crucial for maintaining a healthy body and mind. We work closely with the Recreation and Active Wellbeing team. We can support you in getting connected to Recreation and Active Wellbeing services.
Helpful Habits
We're here to help you make informed decisions about your health. We offer helpful resources on nutrition, sleep hygiene, sexual health, substance abuse prevention and more.
Mental Health
University life can sometimes be overwhelming. We place a strong emphasis on mental wellness to make sure you have access to all the necessary resources. Our goal is to help support you to thrive academically and personally.
