Counsellor Award Recipients
The Counsellor Award recognizes demonstrated excellence in professional service to the Centre for Student Development and Counselling, the university or the community.
Award recipient(s) will receive a certificate of recognition and a monetary award of $2,000 as a one-time payment (subject to applicable deductions).

Daniela Cristini
Student Wellbeing
Daniela is a warm, dedicated, and compassionate therapist providing exceptional mental health and educational/career counselling to students. She has been instrumental in the planning of pathways of support for equity-deserving students and advocating for the incorporation of an EDI lens in CSDC staffing and practice. She provides consultative support to CSDC staff and interns on career counselling, leads workshops for students on navigating academic challenges, and teaches brief therapy and career planning seminars to CSDC interns. Daniela is a much valued colleague and a most deserving recipient of the Counsellor Award for her numerous contributions to the CSDC.
