    Migrating Azure RU to TMU for all user accounts, devices and data from @ryerson.ca to @torontomu.ca.
    User Impact: Users will be communicated with an email for the next steps.

    AEM - Assorted Fixes and Features.
    User Impact: AEM author production needs to be restarted between 6:30 am and 8 am. https://www.torontomu.ca won't be affected.

    Upgrading wireless access points in MAC, CPK, CUI, YNG.
    User Impact: No outage or user impact is expected due to extensive wireless coverage.

    User Impact: Printing service outage will be less than a few minutes during this period.

    Updating InstantID.
    User Impact: This will interrupt card printing for the duration of the change/software reinstallation.  The Onecard office is aware of this change.

    User Impact: MyServiceHub, including Content7, VSB and Constituo, and all related functions will be down during this outage.

    User Impact: Production & non-production environments will have a brief (15-20 min.) outage during the scheduled maintenance.

    User Impact: MyService Hub production will remain up and running. The non-production environments will be down briefly.

    Updating Coldfusion server.
    User Impact: Coldfusion applications will be unavailable for a few minutes during this time period. 
  • Friday, November 1, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. - completed
    Updating WordPress.
    User Impact: The blog.torontomu.ca network will be unavailable briefly (<10 minutes) while the application updates. Subsequently, each blog will experience a brief (<1minute) outage as it is upgraded. A full system restart/outage is not required. There should be no impact to the end users during the testing phase.

    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub will remain up and running during the maintenance window.  The batch server will have a brief outage between 9:30-10:30 am.

    User Impact: This change will only impact TAI Dashboard/Report users (https://bi.torontomu.ca) NOT the TAI Application itself.
