    Upgrading WordPress.
    User Impact: The blog.torontomu.ca network will be unavailable briefly (<10 minutes) while the application updates. Subsequently, each blog will experience a brief (< 1 minute) outage as it is upgraded. A full system restart/outage is not required. There should be no impact to the end users during the testing phase.
