Scope of Work

Accessibility 

  • Provide accessible seating area at front of room
  • Installation of automatic door operators

Furniture 

  • Replaced fixed counter with new and addition of modesty panels

Lighting 

  • Replacement of fluorescent lighting with LED lighting 
  • Upgrade of lighting controls

Paint and Finishes 

  • Replace flooring and wall base
  • Install trim along tiers with contrast nosing at stairs
  • Replace broken radiator covers
  • Install acoustic paneling
  • Paint all walls, ceilings, doors, and frames
  • General repair and cleaning of existing components

Power 

  • Provide new power within fixed counter for student access

Writing Surfaces 

  • Replace existing blackboard with new whiteboard
