Scope of Work

Audio/Visual 

  • Removal of television and conduit. 

Furniture 

  • Replace desks 
  • Relocate phone to the front of the room 

Lighting 

  • Replace fluorescent tubes with LED tubes 

Paint and Finishes 

  • Patch, repair, and paint walls and/or columns as needed 
  • Paint doors and door frames 
  • Replace ceiling tiles as required 
  • Add wall base where missing
  • Replace flooring 
  • Remove existing coat hooks and patch as required 
  • Clean existing mechanical grate 
  • Cleaning of radiators; paint radiators to match wall

Power 

  • Provide new cover for electrical panel 

Windows 

  • Replace blinds with roller shades

Writing Surfaces 

  • Existing blackboards to remain; add new blackboard on south wall
