Scope of Work

Audio/Visual 

  • Remove existing television and wall brackets 
  • Installation of wall mounted acoustic panels 

Furniture 

  • Replace desks with new movable tables 

Paint and Finishes 

  • Patch, repair, and paint walls and/or columns as needed 
  • Paint doors and door frames
  • Clean radiators as required; paint radiators to match wall 

Power 

  • Add power around perimeter of room 

Windows 

  • Replace blinds with roller shades

Writing Surfaces 

  • Existing blackboards to remain; add new blackboards to other walls
