Scope of Work

Accessibility 

  • Provide accessible seating areas and additional ergonomic furniture options
  • Installation of automatic door operators

Furniture 

  • Upgrade AV system, including instructor podium, projectors, projector screens and speakers
  • Fixed seating removed and replaced with flexible/movable furniture

Paint and Finishes 

  • Installation of acoustic wall treatment and new suspended ceilings
  • New flooring and wall base
  • Painting of walls, doors and frames, ceilings and radiators

  • Provide new surface mounted electrical outlets
