To select the classrooms that are the best candidates for renovation, the TLSWG works together with Facilties Management and Development to identify general use classrooms that have received the most maintenance requests over the previous year. The TLSWG also reviews the results of ongoing consultations and audits as well as any feedback received by the Registrar.
Heavily used classrooms that will benefit the most from basic renovations are prioritized. Spaces that need more major renovations or that could be converted into innovative learning spaces are highlighted for future work.
