Booking the Active Learning Classroom

Booking requests for Winter 2025 courses are now closed. You may continue to use the link below to request the ALC for teaching for Spring/Summer 2025 courses.

The Active Learning Classroom (ALC) is available for both course-based teaching and event bookings by request. The Classroom is best suited for classes and events that involve high levels of participation, collaboration and creative engagement, and is not appropriate for traditional lecture-style formats. As the capacity is limited (52 persons, including instructional staff), the ALC may not be suitable for all courses or events. The ALC is also in high-demand, and not all requests can be accommodated. It is recommended that you submit your request early and include as much detail as possible.
