The discount:

Alumni can take advantage of he following discounted rates for each TMU residence building (rates subject to change for special dates):

ILC: $86/night (queen bed with en-suite washroom)

PIT: $55/night (single bedroom with shared washroom), $100/night (2 bedroom apartment with shared apartment washroom), $200/night (4 bedroom apartment with shared apartment washroom)

DCC: $135/night (2 bedroom apartment with shared apartment washroom), $250/night (4 bedroom apartment with shared apartment washroom)

All rates are subject to 13% applicable tax. The rates above are not valid during the Pride festival from June 24-26, 2022.
 

How to obtain your discount:

Bookings can be requested through the 2022 Residence Booking Request Form for all TMU community members.

Additional information on our three residences and the different room types can be found at www.torontomu.ca/summer-stay/. The processing time for all booking requests is 48 hours and bookings are not confirmed until a confirmation email is received.
