This article presents the project, a work in progress, of the adaptation of Celestina as a graphic novel. The aim of this adaptation is to offer the twenty-first century reader a treatment that goes beyond the original text and also includes the context in which the text was produced and consumed. Books, like people, are subject to the whims of history and its circumstances. With this project, based on historical data and literary criticism, we would like to share with the reader how we imagine the five hundred year long journey that this book has been seducing the reading public.
