 Things to know about VPN & your employee status

When the end date of your employee role (i.e. staff, instructor or contract) has passed, VPN is automatically disabled. Without VPN, you cannot connect to AEM.

When your contract date is extended, your VPN should automatically be re-enabled.

If your contract has been extended, please check that your VPN is running before trying to log into AEM.

If you are experiencing issues with VPN, please contact IT Help.

Please ensure that your computer's Operating System is compatible with VPN.
