Classrooms
Classrooms on the TMU campus range in style and can accommodate up to 200 people. They are available for rent during the following times through the year:
- During the academic year (September to end of April): Weekends only
- Outside of the academic year (May to mid-August): Weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Rental rates
TMU faculty and staff are charged an administrative fee for room bookings. Please email spacereservations@torontomu.ca to request a quote.
Rental rates listed below are for external organizations interested in booking classroom space at TMU. Rental rates do not include fees for catering, audio visual equipment, cleaning, or HST.
