As a Chang School (opens in new window)  certificate student, you can apply for transfer credits at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). You’ll need to complete at least 50% of the certificate courses at The Chang School.

Review the required courses in your certificate. Remember, you need to be enrolled in the certificate to receive transfer credits. Make sure you’ve completed your certificate registration!

If you've already completed courses at The Chang School or TMU that apply to your certificate, they’ll transfer automatically. For similar (but not equivalent) courses, you can request a course substitution

Academic coordinators in The Chang School are unable to pre-approve transfer credits.

The following instructions are specifically for Chang School students. If you are an undergraduate student, please visit the general how to apply page for your application instructions.

  1. Fill out a  (PDF file) Transfer Credit Application form for each course.
  2. Using your TMU email, submit your completed application form and detailed course outline as one PDF file for each transfer credit request. Send your application to tcredits@torontomu.ca.
