Research Interest: Operational efficiency of Canadian Real Estate Trusts, (C-REITs), their regulatory framework, corporate tax incentive, and public policy assessment based on their asset valuation and dividend policy analysis combining with their stock performance.
- Assisted Dr. Tony Hernandez and Dr. Maurice Yeates regarding their research about property valuation and portfolio type of the retail-focused C-REITs.
- Attended International Real Estate Society (IRES) Doctoral Fellowship organized by the National University of Singapore and The University of Melbourne by presenting “Are The C-REITs Operationally Efficient?” in November 2021
- Attended AREUEA Real Estate Conference in Japan by presenting “An Efficient Markets Exploration into Economic Efficiency Measures: A Data Envelopment Analysis on Canadian REITs “ (Working Paper) in August 2022
