Ridhima Nayyar

Ridhima Nayyar, Director, Sustainability at RioCan REIT. At RioCan, Ridhima is responsible for managing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) related initiatives at both corporate and site level. In her tenure at  RioCan, Ridhima has contributed towards advancing RioCan’s ESG vision, strategy and practices. Prior to joining RioCan, she worked for Ernst and Young’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services’ (CCaSS) practice and in her early years, Ridhima has worked on sustainability and construction projects in United States and India. Ridhima has also contributed to the community by volunteering her time working with Envirolution, an organization that focuses on community revitalization through green jobs training.

Ridhima holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) and a Masters of Science in Environmental Science. She is trained in ISO 14064-3 (GHG reporting and verification) and holds LEED AP (Operations and Maintenance), WELL AP and PMP certifications.
