Danny is a Vice President, Value and Risk Advisory at JLL and a fully designated P.App., AACI member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. His professional experience encompasses a multitude of real estate valuation, appraisal, and due diligence assignments spanning various asset classes such as Industrial, Retail, Office, Multi-Family and Commercial Land across the Ontario region. His contributions consists of underwriting, thorough market research, highest and best use analyses, market rental studies, lease reviews, and financial modelling of individual properties as well as portfolio assets through the utilization of Argus Enterprise. Throughout his career, Danny has engaged with many stakeholders including owner-users, institutional entities, REITs, and private investors. He has worked across primary, secondary, and tertiary markets at both the provincial and national levels. His involvement has encompassed single asset valuation or portfolios, showcasing his versatile expertise and dedication to delivering high-caliber results with creative solutions in a timely manner. Additionally, Danny has served as an expert witness in arbitration cases concerning market rental disputes, as well as in litigation matters related to estate/matrimonial disputes.

Danny was a graduate of the inaugural cohort to complete the Real Estate Management (Co-op) program at Toronto Metropolitan University. Additionally, he has obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from The University of British Columbia. Danny remains engaged in the Toronto Metropolitan Real Estate community, as a frequent speaker and mentor. He is currently the President of the Toronto Metropolitan Alumni in Real Estate (TMARE) group. Moreover, he is a council member of TMU's Real Estate Management Advisory Council, contributing his insights and expertise to further enhance the program's reputation and talent.
