Overview
Robin Church completed his PhD in 2006. His dissertation focused on the mentoring experiences of gay and lesbian employees. His research focuses on both the individual workplace experiences and the factors involved in changing organizational policies and practices. Prior to his academic career, he managed a small business for eight years and worked with a small consulting firm for six.
