
Guled Ali
Guled Ali is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. He joined Johnson & Johnson in 2013, where he has held various HR progressive HR roles. In his current position as Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Canada, Guled provides strategic expertise and counsel to the Canadian business to advance J&J Canada’s DEI journey.
Prior to his current role, Guled served as the HR Leader, Supply Chain, focusing on the creation of a localized HR strategy aligning to our enterprise strategy. Serving on the local leadership team, Guled played a pivot role as the supply chain organization managed the COVID-19 pandemic.
Guled holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources with a minor in Marketing from Toronto Metropolitan University and resides just outside of Toronto.
