Andrea Fraser

Andrea Fraser is an accomplished HR executive with experience leading human resources strategy and initiatives for industry leaders where she has led national and international teams as well as having global experience in Latin America, Europe and the U.S. She has held key senior positions with organizations in diverse industries including marketing, consulting, CPG, real-estate and financial services.

A passionate talent development leader, Andrea has had extensive experience and consistent success in organizational and business transformation, talent management, employee engagement, compliance, building high-performance cultures and labour relations.

When she isn't working, she spends time with her twin daughters and enjoys playing badminton, running, sailing and snowboarding. Andrea holds a Masters degree in Industrial Relations from Queens University.
