Janice Fischer is a Fortune 500 trained transformational executive who drives step function improvement in revenue, profit, and customer benefits in each role. With a BSc  and a post-graduate Diploma of Business, she has over 20 years of global leadership  experience in multi-billion-dollar business units across Consulting, Technology Services,  Sales, and Cloud at IBM. Her expertise includes Profit & Loss management, Strategy  and Transformation, Complex Initiative Leadership, and effective relationship  stewardship. She also has deep Risk, Cyber-security, and Compliance experience through IBM roles, such as implementing industry-first controls for global Financial  Institutions in a public cloud; serving as the CISO for a public cloud; leading IT  operations for an outsourcing portfolio that covered nation-critical capabilities for the  majority of financial institutions, governments, airlines, and telcos; and leading all  international delivery for Technology Services, growing capacity by 30%, to a final team  size of 45,000 talented professionals in Asia, Eastern Europe, South America and Africa.  In addition, she created IBM Cloud’s Multi Zone Regions, a model dedicated to  performance, resilience, and security, and deployed them in Europe, Asia Pacific, North  and South America.
