Vikram Khurana

Vikram Khurana is the founder and president of Silver Bullet Water Treatment Ltd., a Toronto-based green technology firm.

Khurana emigrated from India to Canada and first worked for Toronto Dominion Bank. He soon turned to entrepreneurship and has founded a number of global businesses, including Prudential Consulting Inc., a health records company; Leading Systems Consultants, an advisory firm focused on Asia and India; and Prudential Chem Inc., a pharmaceutical formulations and ingredients company.

An engineering graduate from India, Khurana earned his MBA at St. Mary’s University in Halifax. He has assisted the University of Prince Edward Island and Holland College in exporting some of their post-secondary programs to India.

Khurana has extensive experience in corporate governance. He serves on the boards of Export Development Canada, the Asia Pacific Foundation, the Canada India CEO Forum, the India Research and Policy Institute at the University of Waterloo, and the Museum of Hindu Civilization. He is also an honorary board member of Toronto’s Mt. Sinai Hospital Foundation and a trustee for Canada Post Foundation He received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal for service to the community. He has previously served on the boards of the Technical Standards and Safety Authority, and the advisory board for the Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce.
