
Mary Filippelli , CPA
Mary is a highly experienced, agile business leader, known for her transformative impact across multiple national and global organizations. With international executive experience and a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards, Mary integrates a practical, client-focused approach to new business models with a deep understanding of strategy, governance, risk, regulation and financial performance. Leveraging her expertise, she has led the strategy development and execution for the creation of dozens of new business models, financial institutions and other entities, working closely with regulators and key stakeholders to capture high growth, disruptive market opportunities.
Mary is a Chartered Professional Accountant, as well as recognized as an Expert Witness and Investigator by CPA Ontario. A proud alumnus from Ryerson University, she has served on the Advisory Counsel to the Ted Rogers School of Business Management – Accounting & Finance. Mary has also served on the Advisory Board of the UK’s Forward Institute and the Board the Canadian Lyford Cay Foundation, a philanthropic organization that has invested significantly in the Bahamian community to increase educational attainment.

The Dean's Circle is a group reserved for select Ted Rogers School of Management friends and business leaders. It is a donor-supported fund set up to help Ted Rogers School students. One hundred percent of donations to the Dean's Circle go directly to providing financial assistance for students at our school who need it most.
