We’ll start with an overview! What is ADHD?
How does it affect us? How can this group be
helpful? Let’s talk broadly before we get into
the nitty gritty!

It may feel like you experience things
differently from other people, and
communicating that can be hard. Let’s talk
about how we interact with others, how they
interact with us and how to talk about it.

Week 3:
AKA executive functioning. No, you’re not
lazy or unmotivated, but you may struggle
with organizing, staying on tasks, or
managing time. Let’s talk about what this
looks like, and strategies to overcome this at
work or school.

PRODUCTIVITY, ORGANIZATION, AND PLANNING
Week 4:
Knowing what we want can feel simple, but
figuring a long term plan and working towards
it? Maybe not so much. Let’s talk about setting
goals, time, instant gratification, motivation,
and reaching our goals.
