Undergraduate Awards
For strong leadership qualities and an appreciation of visionary planning by a fourth year undergraduate student.
Awarded to an individual (or to a study group of full time undergraduate students) enrolled in the third or fourth year of study in the School of Urban and Regional Planning who have demonstrated a commitment to helping immigrant, ethnic and Aboriginal communities.
Awarded to an individual enrolled in the third or fourth year of study in the School of Urban and Regional Planning who has demonstrated outstanding community involvement within and outside of the university.
For a third-year student who demonstrates outstanding commitment to Urban and Regional Planning, including land development and private sector planning.
For academic excellence and contribution to the community.
Awarded to the student that shows the most improved cumulative grade point average between their first and second year.
Awarded to a full-time undergraduate student completing the second year of the Urban and Regional Planning Program, who has shown success in the program despite having to deal with issues such as, health, or family problems, financial circumstances, or learning disabilities.
For exceptional work in land use planning or design at the site scale.
This scholarship will be presented to one graduating student in the School of Urban and Regional Planning who demonstrates the greatest improvement of cumulative grade point average from the end of the first year of the program to the completion of studies in the 4th year.
For high academic promise in 1st year.
This award has been established to recognize a third or fourth year student for excellence in the application of research methods or planning analysis to urban and regional planning, in combination with a dedication to community service.
Awarded to one full-time undergraduate student in the Urban & Regional Planning program who will be participating in the Toronto Metropolitan University International Exchange program.
To recognize the academic, professional and community building achievements of one undergraduate student enrolled in their final year of study in the School of Urban and Regional Planning.
To support women of visible minorities and women of Aboriginal ancestry in the School of Urban and Regional Planning. To encourage women of visible minorities and women of Aboriginal ancestry to continue with their studies in Urban and Regional Planning.

Undergraduate Awards
Awarded to the two students who prepare the best course project assignment, (i.e. have the best work, i.e. the highest grade for the project) in PLE-735: Private Development Seminar.
Strong leadership excellence and practice in community development. Demonstrates good academic standing.
To recognize a team of undergraduate students enrolled in the School of Urban and Regional Planning for excellence in studio work. The awarded team should demonstrate such qualities as creativity, integrity, collaboration, outstanding vision, innovation, and a commitment to city-building through client-based project work and their engagement with agencies and firms.

Awarded to a graduate student in the School of Urban and Regional Planning with the best student led initiative related to sustainability.
